Apricot Lane features a restoration of one of Beigou’s oldest houses, a 3-bay stone cottage, connected to a dramatically modern great room by a zig zag hallway. This home features a captivating entry to the private courtyard, a surprise skylight framing a view of the Great Wall, and a garden with lush lawn, mature apricot trees, and view terrace with an indoor-outdoor fireplace. Apricot Lane is our newest home, just finished in summer 2016, and was designed by Jim Spear with his signature fusion of East and West.
